You retain ownership of any content you create in Eden, including notes, prayers, highlights, and reflections.
You agree not to create content that is:
- Illegal
- Abusive or harmful
- Infringing on the rights of others
Eden does not claim ownership over your personal content.
5. AI Features Disclaimer
AI-powered features in Eden are provided to support personal reflection and Scripture study.
- They do not provide religious authority, counseling, or professional advice
- They should not be considered a replacement for clergy, pastoral care, or personal discernment
6. Intellectual Property
All app content, design, branding, and software are owned by Eden or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Eden if you violate these Terms & Conditions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Eden is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
